As a fully “Black-owned enterprise”, we comply with all relevant legislation. To this regard, the company has achieved the following:
- The issued shares of the company are 100% black-owned.
- We embarked on a program of deploying previously disadvantaged individuals (PDI) to advance into management positions e.g. promotion of an officer to Marketing Management position.

Mpamba through the leadership of Keith Nkuna established a standard for the delivery of outsourced IT services and helped set the stage for the company’s evolution into a leading business consulting and ICT services provider.
Keith Nkuna, a founding member of Mpamba Solutions & Consulting brings along extensive experience in ICT with over 20 years in the industry. As the CEO of Mpamba Solutions & Consulting Keith’s responsibility to steer a team of experts towards achieving a strategic objective and ensure that shareholders realise the return on investment.
Keith is also focused on strengthening strategic partnerships with clients, increasing client relevance, and evolving the company’s business model towards achieving Mpamba’s aspirations of becoming the next-generation global consulting and ICT services corporation.
Personal Awards and Recognition
At the BBQ Awards, in the individual categories, Keith Nkuna was awarded as the first runner-up in the New Entrepreneur and Young Business Achiever categories in 2013. He was also honored as second runner up for the Sebata Group Iqhawe Mentorship Award which recognises an individual that has advanced mentorship in a South African context.
